Does the product price include a 1-color imprint?
Yes. By popular request, all of our pricing includes one-color, one-location decoration. Set-up charge applies. You can also add additional colors, locations, or upgrade to various other available decoration methods.
Do you have a minimum order quantity required for decorating?
Yes. 1st column quantity is required for most decorating options. The minimum quantity for embroidery is 25 pieces.
Can you decorate less than the 1st column quantity and is there an additional charge?
Yes. Our absolute minimum is 1/2 of the 1st column quantity for decoration with a less than minimum charge.
What types of decoration do you offer?
We offer many decorating methods, depending on the product. Some decoration methods include silkscreening, Chroma-Tec full-color printing, 3-D DomeX, laser engraved leather patches, direct laser engraving on certain items, metal trophy plates with silkscreen or laser engraving, and embroidery.
What is normal production time?
Normal production time for an order is 5-7 business days once the paper proof or pre-production proof is approved.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, a 1-2 day rush service is available on most in-stock orders. Please inquire for larger quantity orders.
What is your in-stock record?
We maintain 98% of our products in stock at any given time in our own on-site warehouses. To check stock availability on a certain item, please give us a call.
Do you offer drop shipments or split shipments?
Yes, we offer drop shipments and split shipments for an additional charge plus shipping cost.
What formats do you accept artwork in?
We only accept electronic files and prefer PSD, EPS, or AI files but can also accept JPG or TIF at a minimum of 300 dpi to-size. We cannot silkscreen or laser engrave gradients. Full-color decoration is available with Chroma-Tec.We maintain 98% of our products in stock at any given time in our own on-site warehouses. To check stock availability on a certain item, please give us a call.

Email the art for your order to us at art@picnictime.com and reference your P.O. number in the email subject.
Can I order blank product?
Yes. Our products may be purchased without decoration. Since the items are priced with decoration, please call for undecorated prices.
How can I get a sample of your products?
Contact your promotional products distributor to request a sample.
What is the charge for a sample?
We offer up to three samples at EQP less 25% and they are returnable within 30 days.
